2007, billboards in public space
A series of interviews was conducted in the region of Schlierbach in Upper Austria before the Festival of Regions. People were asked to describe how different the others were: the foreigners, the locals if newcomers were asked, or people from other regions. The statements were chosen from different interviews and written on large posters in the community of Micheldorf. It was not possible to recognize a stereotype and the German word Sie implied both you as a visitor and they as citizens of Micheldorf.
